"Highly recommend Dr. Wingate! We took my son to see her for his first visit when he was 18 months. He was uncooperative and very nervous, but dr. Jackie and her team took the time to talk him through it and make him feel comfortable. By his second visit at 2, she worked her magic and was able to do a full cleaning, exam, and fluoride with no tears!!! Dr. Wingate and her team really make the dental experience SO fun for all kids! Katharine Woehling Antoian, DMD
Dr. Katie proudly calls the Philadelphia area home. Raised in Villanova and educated in the Radnor public school system, she developed a deep appreciation for community and service early in life. With strong role models in both the medical and dental professions within her immediate family, she knew from a young age that helping others would be central to her future.
She graduated from The Schreyer Honors College at The Pennsylvania State University before completing her post-baccalaureate studies at Bryn Mawr College. Dr. Katie earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Pennsylvania and went on to complete her specialized pediatric dental training at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
As a pediatric dentist, Dr. Katie is passionate about preventive care and establishing healthy habits early in life. She believes that positive early dental experiences shape lifelong oral health. Through hands-on education, encouragement, and a warm, welcoming environment, she strives to create a true dental home where children feel safe, confident, and empowered.
Outside the office, Dr. Katie treasures time with her husband, Tim, and the life they have built together. They are proud parents to their seven-year-old son, Aiden, and four-year-old twin boys, Connor and Charlie. The newest addition to their family is their energetic puppy, Auggie!
